A Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Grace โ Thank You, 2024
024 Year in Review Reflection
This year brought growing pains and belly laughs. I baked breadโand burned a few loaves too. I cared deeply, enough to cry. I got surprise hugs in the kitchen.
There were breathing treatments and ambulance rides. Road trips and mountain views. Fishing boats, Airbnb’s, and camping tents. We signed contracts, sat through meetings, faced rejection, and walked through open doorsโwith both tears and smiles along the way.
Best of all, I got to work with my mom every single day.
I made mistakes and felt loved anyway. I taught and I learned. I found my husband in every crowded room. I took deep breaths. I wore out the knees of my jeans in prayer.
So thank You, Jesusโfor another year that didnโt go according to plan, but still
gave me everything I didnโt know I needed.
Another year Iโll always remember. Another year Iโm grateful for.

This year, we had the joy of meeting so many of youโwhether it was teaching a class at the Pinnerโs Conference or chatting at local markets while selling our bread. Being part of this community has been the heart of it all.
We packaged and shipped 8,790 products from Acts of Sourdough headquartersโeach one sent with love. And the biggest milestone of all? Our sourdough starter officially made it to all 50 states. What an honor.
Itโs been a whirlwind of a year doing what we love, side by side, as a mother-daughter duo. We’ve laughed, learned, and grown through opportunities we never imaginedโmade possible only because you showed up. You believed in our starter, our bread, and our mission.
You may not realize it, but this year changed everything for us. It breathed life into dreams we once thought were out of reachโall sparked by something as simple as flour and water.
Thank you for being part of it. We canโt wait for whatโs next. ๐

Looking forward to 2025
Our goals for the new year are bold, audacious and faith driven. Much like all of our business decisions with Acts of Sourdough.
In 2025 we plan to open up our space to the community more often for fundraisers, markets, sunsets and coffee, sourdough pickups, weekend classes, and specialty monthly bread drops. I (Courtney) am working toward growing my social media platforms so I can be creative with recipe development. It’s my passion to share with you all the sourdough dishes that you can share with your own family.
Our (my mom & I) desire is to connect more face to face with our community through bread and Jesus. Everything we do at Acts of Sourdough is to glorify Him and love on you.
My mom and I are so excited for this next year.
Thank you for being here, and we’ll see you soon!
xo, Courtney & Beth.
