โค๏ธ Why You’ll Love Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip
Everyone loves a dump and go appetizer, something that is simple to put together so they can focus on the gathering or the main course. The ingredients are simple and versatile, so they are easily interchangeable to meet both dietary preferences and needs. Serve with homemade sourdough crackers to really make your friends go “wow! you made that??”

๐ฒ Ingredients
Chicken – You need cooked chicken for this recipe, so however you get that is up to you! I like to use rotisserie chicken because it’s easy. But you can use cooked chicken breast, canned chicken, or chicken thighs!
Cream Cheese – 1 block of cream cheese.
Buffalo Sauce – Truly, I’m a baby when it comes to spice, so I use mild buffalo sauce with ranch dressing (I know, basic) but you can use sauce that is as spicy as you like!
Ranch Seasoning – 2 tbs or 1 packet
Ranch Dressing – This is optional, but makes the buffalo chicken dip creamier and more flavorful.
Cheese – I used a combination of shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan; you can use one or the other, but I do love what they do together.
๐ฉโ๐ณ How to Make Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

- When there is one hour left of cooking, mix in your cheeses and let finish cooking through.
