โค๏ธ Why You’ll Love Hot Honey Pizza Stuffed Sourdough
This is a fun side dish that looks complicated, but really isn’t at all. If you have a loaf of sourdough and some brie cheese, it’s simple to make a show stopping appetizer to bring to a fun gathering. The combination of hot honey and pizza makes this a sophisticated and fun loaf of bread that you have to try!
๐ฒ Ingredients
Sourdough bread – This can really be made with any kind of loaf of bread, but if you make sourdough from scratch, Iโve linked my recipe here to use as a reference!
Brie – 8 oz wheel of brie cheese, but keep in mind that quality matters with the flavor or meltiness of the cheese. So, make sure to get a good quality brie!
Hot honey marinara – I got this from my local grocery store located with the rest of the pasta sauces, but if you can’t find it then use your next favorite marinara sauce with some extra hot honey at the end.
Mozzarella cheese – Pre shredded mozzarella will have a harder time melting, so shredding the mozzarella yourself is an extra step – but always worth it.
Mini pepperoni’s – I think the mini are better for bit sized proportions, but you can use regular sized pepperonis also!
Italian seasoning – for extra pizza flavor

๐ How to Store Leftovers
Cooling: Allow the pizza to cool to room temperature before storing. This will help prevent condensation, which can make the crust soggy.
Refrigeration: Store leftover pizza in an airtight container or tightly wrap it in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. If you want to keep the honey drizzle intact, you might leave it off until youโre ready to eat.
Freezing: If you have a lot of leftovers, you can freeze your hot honey pizza. Wrap individual slices in plastic wrap and then place them in a freezer-safe bag or container. This will help prevent freezer burn.
